As a Hospital Security Officer - Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Site Location: Springfield, Tennessee

Schedule: Full-time. 7am to 7pm. Monday through Wednesday. 7am to 1pm. Thursday.

Competitive hourly wage of $20.00 per hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities

Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity

Verify identities and control access to secure areas

React quickly to threats or incidents

Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras

Document incidents and actions taken

Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks

Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED

Must be 21 years or older

Must have a valid Driver License and clean Motor Vehicle Report

Pass an extensive screening process

First aid certification is an asset

Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

Prior Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience - even better

State license if required

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
