Senior Litigation Counsel - Remote

Location: Englewood, CO (Hybrid/Remote Eligible) Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Description:
Seeking an accomplished Senior Litigation Counsel to lead complex commercial, real estate, and employment litigation matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney with extensive trial experience who can manage high-stakes litigation from inception through resolution while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and mentoring junior attorneys.
The successful candidate will provide strategic legal counsel, oversee substantial litigation caseloads, develop innovative legal strategies, and play a key role in client relationship management and business development. This position offers leadership opportunities within a collaborative and growing law firm environment.
Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Colorado Bar license required
• 12+ years of litigation experience
• Significant experience in commercial, real estate, and employment litigation
• Extensive trial experience and ability to lead complex cases through resolution
• Exceptional legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development abilities
• Proven client management and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach to litigation

Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex commercial, real estate, and employment litigation matters
Provide strategic legal counsel and litigation guidance to clients
Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including trial
Mentor and develop attorneys and legal staff
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Oversee case strategy, budgeting, and efficient caseload management
Participate in business development and practice growth initiatives
Collaborate with firm leadership on high-level legal matters
