Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for organization of inventory in the warehouse, as well as shipping and receiving. This is a temporary to permanent full time position depending on performance and business needs.Generate new warehouse shipping and receiving delivery packing slipsRecording, documenting, and tracking inventoryMaterial handling and sortingInspecting items upon receiving shipmentsForklift operationResponsible for keeping work area clean, organized, and free of clutterFollow Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing PracticesOther duties as assignedQualification and ExperienceMinimum of a high school diploma or GEDKnowledge of GMP preferred***Physical and Environmental Conditions*** The physical requirements of the position generally include: standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing. In some circumstances, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and crawling may apply. In general the activity level one usually performs is light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative and sedentary nature. This position may require lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
