Mobile Phlebotomist

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team. This role is responsible for drawing patient samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent service at assigned facilities. Patient Sample Collection

Responsible for drawing all patient samples within assigned routes and schedules.

Provide coverage for sample collection duties when needed.

Maintain regular contact with assigned facilities and staff to ensure service satisfaction.

Communication and Customer Service

Communicate any current or potential customer issues within the assigned territory, offering suggestions for resolution.

Serve as a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable face of PHS laboratory services.

Address all service concerns and respond promptly to requests from staff and facilities.

Assist with correction and missing information requests from Insurance and Billing teams.

Ensure proper documentation for sample collection and reporting.

12 years of mobile phlebotomy experience, preferably within the Nursing Home/LTACH market.

• Proficiency in venipuncture and a thorough understanding of tube/draw requirements for various tests.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods while performing specimen collection

Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 20 pounds.

Manual dexterity for handling small instruments and performing precise blood draws.
