This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in Garden City, NY. The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of tasks including providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in legal proceedings including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings and trials. The individual will also be responsible for specialized work in civil litigation and transactional real estate, ensuring compliance with legal standards and offering tailored solutions for clients.
Strong understanding of Law and expertise in civil litigation and real estate.
Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and drafting legal documents with attention to detail.
Exceptional skills in Research and the ability to interpret legal precedents and statutes.
degree from an accredited law school and a current license to practice law in New York.
Prior experience in litigation and real estate law or related areas is highly desirable.
