This is not a traditional administrative role; the Director of Operations serves as the backbone of our organization, responsible for building and scaling operational processes, developing people, and ensuring consistent execution across all levels. Leadership & Team Management

Lead and develop the Operations Team

Conduct check-ins, reviews, hiring, onboarding, and training

Operations Management

Manage operations across locations

Oversee vendors, office systems, and facilities

Process & Project Management

Track and coordinate company initiatives and projects

Manage benefits administration and employee records

Coordinate meetings, training, and development

Compliance & Business Support

Support compliance and regulatory needs

Maintain confidential information and records

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years of operations, office management, business administration, or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to manage people, develop teams, and work collaboratively

Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking skills

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable with a variety of business technology platforms (e.g., Prefers planning before execution

Keeps projects moving forward without constant supervision

Successfully manage operational projects from start to finish

Develop team members and improve overall performance

Help leadership focus on growth by building a stronger operational foundation

Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (in office)

Friday’s 8:30am - Noon (remote)

Occasional evening support for client events and seminars
