ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy
Working knowledge of radiation protection standards and emergency procedures
Strong communication, training, and organizational skills
Deliver radiation therapy accurately, operating treatment units with minimal supervision
ensure proper QA on LINAC and CT equipment
CT/Simulate patients following department and site protocols, including construction of necessary support devices
Train other therapists in simulation, QA, and SBRT techniques as a lead resource
Uphold all departmental safety, ALARA radiation protection, and proper equipment usage standards
