Shift Availability: 6p-6a, 6p-10p

Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for long-term care opportunities in Newark, OH. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to pick up shifts that fit your availability.

An RN picking up shifts through Elite Medical Staffing at a long-term care facility may be expected to:

Utilize EMR MATRIX to record patients’ medical information and vital signs

Assess resident health status and identify changes requiring nursing intervention

Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans

Monitor resident outcomes and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and support to nursing and caregiving staff

Respond to resident health concerns and changes in condition

Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident outcomesMaintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active RN license

Minimum 1 year of experience working in long-term care

Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities

Active and unencumbered OH RN License or Compact RN License

Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport

Covid-19 Vaccine (religious/medical exemptions accepted)

Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
