Our staff are the heart of our mission, meeting clients where they are and building meaningful relationships that change lives.To provide services to individuals receiving Supported Living services to help individuals with ALL abilities in reaching their goals and gaining independence.The Direct Support Professional will be responsible for providing excellent, quality care to the individual he/she serves. The Direct Support Professional will be required to teach the individual daily living skills and assist them in working toward their individual goals/objectives made by their team. The daily tasks that a Direct Support Professional may be required to do includes assisting in personal care, goal-setting, transportation of individuals to appointments/outings, assisting during dining when needed, among other tasks.
