Physicians maintain autonomy over staffing, clinic space, and scheduling decisions
Shared services provided for HR, marketing, IT, accounting, and front office support to reduce administrative burden
Dedicated MA support provided during the first year
No non-compete agreement

Year 1 income guarantee supported in part by the hospital system, allowing time to build your practice
