About Certified Mobile Notary ServiceCertified Mobile Notary Service ( ) (CMNS) is a national network of professional mobile notaries and loan signing agents serving clients across all 50 states. We specialize in helping notaries build their business, connect with top signing companies, and get access to high-paying remote and in-person signing opportunities.
We offer training, certification, and job placement support so our members can earn more income working flexible hours — from home or on the road.
We’re seeking dependable and detail-orientedMobile Notary Signing Agentsto perform document signings for mortgage, real estate, and legal transactions.
You’ll meet with clients in person or online to verify identity, witness signatures, and ensure all paperwork is executed correctly and professionally.
This position is ideal for notaries who wantflexible, remote workwithunlimited earning potential.
Conducting loan document signings (purchases, refinances, HELOCs, etc.)
Managing scheduling, confirmations, and document return
Ensuring compliance with state notary laws and client confidentiality standards
Active Notary Commission (or willingness to become a notary)
Work remotely or in the field on your schedule
Training and certification programs are available
