Target Range: $17.00/Hr. - $Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target. These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Critical customer-facing position and is the primary contact for selected clients. Communicate with customers by telephone to provide product and service information, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

Describe products and services to customers in order to respond to customer questions and issues

Answer secure and unsecure email and live chat inquiries by clarifying desired information; Minimum 1+ years of client service experience in the financial services industry
