This position is responsible for Facilitating Classroom & Hands‑On Training for all New Hire & Existing Team members in Manufacturing.

Full Time, Non-Exempt

Run & Coordinate New Hire Orientation Efforts

Facilitate New Hire Training for Manufacturing Employees

Facilitate Forklift (PIV) Training for New & Existing Employees

Facilitate JCB Equipment Training New & Existing Employees

Conduct New Hire Follow Ups for each employee within their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd week.

Conduct SOP/Training Audits to identify Training opportunities.

Maintaining Training Records & Compliance

Minimum of 2 years of Training Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

Minimum of 2 years of Heavy Equipment Experience

Must speak both English and Spanish fluently

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Microsoft Project.

Manufacturing/factory environment.
