Turning Minds Counseling Profession is looking for a compassionate and skilled Psychotherapist to join our growing team in Wilmington, DE. If you're passionate about mental health and dedicated to helping others heal and thrive, we want to hear from you!

Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, referring providers, and community resources

Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary

Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development

Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

Active licensure or eligibility for licensure in Delaware (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)

Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
