Registered Nurse - NICU Float
Location: Marquette, Michigan
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse willing to float to the NICU in a 225-bed specialty care hospital. The facility offers a wide range of services, including a Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, Rehabilitation, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine & Weight Management, Women's Health, and Pediatrics.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to infants in the NICU.
Monitor patient's vital signs and administer medications as required.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate families regarding newborn care and health concerns.
Document patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
Current RN license in the state of Michigan.
Previous NICU experience preferred.
BLS and PALS certifications required.
