Flexible Schedule
Provide a warm, genuine welcome to every guest at the bar and in the dining room.
Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
Present beverage menus that highlight small-batch cocktails, featured spirits, and rotating flavor options.
Recommend pairings and cocktails, as well as spirits and food offerings, through conversational hospitality.
Manage the pace of the bar with professionalism—balancing guest flow, ticket volume, and takeout orders.
Prepare and serve drinks for servers' guests efficiently and accurately, maintaining strong communication with the service team.
Handle all cash and card transactions with accuracy, integrity, and accountability.
Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and presentation—including bar tops, wells, coolers, shelves, and floors.
Ensure bar seating areas and nearby tables remain clean and inviting.
Comply with all local alcohol service laws and the company's responsible service policies.
Uphold Red Door standards for appearance, hospitality, and the philosophy of Leave your troubles at the door.
The bar operates smoothly, maintaining pace even during peak hours.
Bar areas remain spotless, organized, and visually polished.
Communication between bar, service, and culinary teams is seamless and respectful.
