Dishwasher Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas. This position plays a vital role in supporting kitchen operations by ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods.

Maintain a continuous supply of clean kitchen utensils and service ware for food preparation and service.

Properly store clean dishes, cookware, and equipment in designated areas.

Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, workstations, and food preparation areas.

Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies and deliveries as needed.

Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and food safety procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and storage rooms.

Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance issues, and safety concerns to management.

Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organizational tasks as assigned.

Comply with all company policies, health regulations, and workplace safety standards.

Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Flexible schedule required. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, and overtime as needed based on hotel occupancy, staffing needs, and business levels.
