Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
Are you a compassionate, detail-oriented nurse with a passion for healing? Join our dedicated team and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through expert wound care!

Assess, monitor, and treat acute and chronic wounds, pressure injuries, and post-op sites

• Collaborate with IDT to develop individualized care plans
• Document treatments and outcomes thoroughly
• Educate staff and patients on wound prevention and care best practices
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines

Current RN (WA)

• Wound care certification (WCC, CWCN, or willingness to obtain) preferred
• Skilled nursing experience a plus!
• Passion for patient care and a healing touch
