Economic Analyst
What if your knowledge of macroeconomics, monetary policy, and global markets could directly shape how AI understands and communicates the forces driving our world economy? We're looking for Economic Analysts to interpret complex economic data, evaluate AI-generated financial content, and help ensure that the AI systems influencing millions of decisions are grounded in rigorous economic thinking.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a strong command of economics and a sharp analytical mind.

What You'll Do
Interpret macroeconomic indicators, data releases, and central bank policy updates across global markets
Identify and analyze economic forces shaping specific sectors, industries, or regions
Evaluate AI-generated economic content for accuracy, depth, and analytical soundness
Summarize reports, economic commentary, and quantitative trends in clear, structured formats
Support structured evaluation tasks across a wide range of economic content and scenarios
Present insights in a way that is clear, well-reasoned, and useful for downstream AI workflows
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Academic or professional background in economics, finance, or a related field
Strong analytical writing skills — you can break down complex economic ideas clearly and concisely
Comfortable processing large volumes of structured economic material with consistency
Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach to analysis
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with country-specific, regional, or emerging market analysis
Familiarity with monetary policy, fiscal policy, or central bank communications
Background in financial research, economic consulting, or policy analysis
Exposure to quantitative economic methods or data analysis tools
Prior experience evaluating or reviewing economic research and reports
