Working in parallel with our Global Strategy Directors, the Global Strategy Manager is responsible for acquisition of net-new accounts that drive growth for the organization. The GSM will focus on opening new accounts, generating top-of-funnel activity, initiatingrelationships with brands we aspire to partner with, and fueling theearly stagesof the sales pipeline in alignment with our 2026 sales strategy.

Identify, prospect, and engage new(60)targetaccounts through outbound outreach, networking, and marketing-generated leads
Secure first meetings and build a strong, consistent early-stage pipeline
Sparkinitialrelationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across priority accounts
Maintainaccurate,timelyCRM records in HubSpot to ensure visibility and momentum across the pipeline
Track pipeline activity, forecast performance, and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Partner closely with marketing and senior strategy leaders to align outreach with agency priorities
2-4years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within professional services, consulting, or B2B industries.

• Comfortable researching, prioritizing, and pursuing high-value target accounts
• CRM experiencerequired; HubSpot preferred.
• Phase 1 - Net-New Hunter: Phase 2 - Account Growth & Relationship Building: Once accounts are secured,you'llbegin growing those relationships, expanding your footprint, and partnering more deeply with clients

As the agency grows, so does this role, with clear pathways intosenior strategy, business development, or account leadershippositions.

Commission Plan: TBD (role will include performance-based commission aligned to new business meetings and pipeline creation)
