Amergis Healthcare - - Responsibilities: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs direct patient care under the supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensed medical professional; The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of patients; Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort as directed; Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising licensed staff; Assist with clerical functions and documentation as required by the facility
