Who We Are: Luna Del Valle (LDV) Hospice is a locally owned and operated hospice care provider based in Albuquerque, NM. Founded and run by healthcare professionals, we’re deeply committed to honoring every patient’s dignity during their end-of-life journey. We take pride in delivering exceptional, personalized care while supporting our staff and community along the way.
As a Hospice Aide (CNA) with LDV Hospice, you'll be an integral part of our care team, providing personal care and emotional support to patients and their loved ones. Whether you're coming from a hospital, long-term care, or outpatient setting, we welcome CNAs from all backgrounds who are ready to transition into hospice care.
Assisting patients with daily personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.)
Helping with safe mobility, positioning, and transfers
Working closely with nurses, social workers, and other team members to deliver comprehensive care
A flexible schedule with nights and weekends off (unless otherwise requested)
