Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Hospice Home Health Aide Location: Albuquerque, NM Full-Time | $19–$22/hour DOE

As a Hospice Aide (CNA) with LDV Hospice, you'll be an integral part of our care team, providing personal care and emotional support to patients and their loved ones. Whether you're coming from a hospital, long-term care, or outpatient setting, we welcome CNAs from all backgrounds who are ready to transition into hospice care.
Assisting patients with daily personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.)
Helping with safe mobility, positioning, and transfers
Working closely with nurses, social workers, and other team members to deliver comprehensive care
Current CNA certification in the State of New Mexico (required)
At least 1 year of general CNA experience preferred
A flexible schedule with nights and weekends off (unless otherwise requested)
