Job Summary * 2 Years of RN Experience Strongly Preferred * Outpatient Experience Preferred * Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Nephrology and Renal Experience Preferred Professional Development: Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills based on current nursing education practice. Collaborates with practice leadership to identify his/her development level of practice and appropriate learning experiences to enhance development Summary Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
