Quality Systems & Compliance
Support adherence to AS9100 and customer-specific quality standards
Participate in internal, external, and certification audits
Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
Analyze production processes to drive quality improvements and reduce waste
Customer Quality Management
Investigate complaints, returns, and non-conformances
Support customer-driven quality initiatives and performance targets
Production & Engineering Support
Provide technical guidance on quality standards and inspection criteria
First Article Inspection (FAI)
Track performance metrics and improve FAI efficiency
Supplier Quality
Support supplier qualification, audits, and performance tracking
Data & Risk Management
Analyze quality data (scrap, FPY, returns, supplier performance)
Identify trends to reduce cost of poor quality
Support risk assessments and mitigation planning

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or similar (or equivalent experience)

• 3+ years in quality engineering or manufacturing quality environments
• Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace or automotive
• Working knowledge of AS9100 and quality management systems
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Experience with inspections, measurement systems, and calibration practices
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Work in a regulated, high-quality manufacturing environment
