Remote Loan Processor Assistant

As a Loan Officer Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a smooth, positive experience for our clients while supporting a high-performing Loan Officer throughout the loan process. You’ll be the go-to person for clients, helping guide them from application through closing, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit. This position is onsite at our Franklin, TN branch but may consider remote if necessary.

Open escrow, collect fees and order preliminary title report

Review income analysis from the Loan Officer

Submit loan documentation to processing (Submission form, Intent to proceed, LDP/GSA, Net Tangible)

Gather Loan Agent PTD and PTF conditions

Main point of contact in tandem with loan officer for client; facilitate an excellent customer experience through prompt response time via email and phone.

Learning new products, techniques, strategies, and process flow to constantly pursue increased customer experience, internal efficiency, and team communication.

At least 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry

Familiarity with mortgage terminology and loan processes

Experience with Point software is a plus

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset

Physical And Environmental Conditions
This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.

This is an hourly position plus a potential bonus. Geographic exclusions apply to residents of CA, CO, and NY.
