School-Based Physical Therapist – Volusia County Schools
Schedule: Full-Time or PRN, Monday–Friday, school hours only

Easterseals Florida is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our school-based therapy team serving students across Volusia County Schools . Thinking about making the transition to school-based therapy? We provide mentorship and support to help you succeed. Enjoy a school-year schedule and flexible scheduling within the school day. Work during the academic year, with evenings, weekends, and summers off.
Paid school holidays (for full-time staff), including Winter Break and Spring Break .
Optional summer work : Prepare reports, justifications, and documentation to ensure quality service and compliance.
Mentor and supervise assistant-level therapists (COTAs), interns, and volunteers.
Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current State of Florida Physical Therapist license and eligibility for an NPI number
One year of related clinical experience and/or training (pediatric therapy experience preferred)
Integrity, flexibility, and a heart for helping children thrive
Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required, for program-related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history)
