Contract, 3 months (paid), with potential to extend based on performance and social growth.
Early August 2026 (training throughout August, live/independent by September).
We’re a company that helps mental health clinics get more patients. We help them find patients who have depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions, and get them booked. We put out short form educational ads on social media that explain the treatments they offer and our team educates them and qualifies them.
Your job would be both documentarian and content creator, not just a Tik-Tok trend-chaser.
Think reality-show style storytelling built around the people who actually work here: interdepartmental dynamics, employee personalities, what the team is building day to day, and the mental health mission behind it.
The core of the job is independently spotting and capturing real moments as they happen as well as creating new dialogue/skits and shaping them into an ongoing, through-line series people want to keep following, kind of like The Office.
Build an ongoing, serialized "reality show" style content thread around the team, departments, and personalities at Psycle
Get to know the team well enough to identify who and what makes compelling content, without needing to be told
Turn day-to-day company life and mental health industry themes into content ideas, and pitch those ideas proactively
Shoot and edit short-form video for Break the Psycle's channels
Collaborate with our internal content editors on cross-over projects as needed
1-2 years of content creation / video editing experience
A lover of Tik-Tok, Reels and other short-form media content
Comfortable being in a high-energy workplace and building real rapport with a team, not just showing up to shoot and leave
Experience working with brands and creating content with/around people in person
Experience writing skits or coming up with content ideas on the fly
A strong eye for narrative — able to spot a storyline in everyday moments and build a series around it, not just isolated clips
