Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Manitowoc, WI. The key responsibilities include filing and organizing confidential documents, scanning, and maintaining electronic records, and utilizing computer systems to enter, update, and retrieve information. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion when handling sensitive information, and proficiency with basic computer applications. This position requires the ability to manage records accurately while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

File and organize confidential paper and electronic documents
Scan, upload, and maintain digital records
Enter and update information in computer systems
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Requirements for Administrative Assistant:

Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred but not required
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and office equipment for prolonged periods
Ability to lift, carry, and move files, boxes, and documents
Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and filing documents in cabinets or storage areas
Ability to operate scanners, copiers, printers, and other standard office equipment
Sufficient visual acuity to read printed materials and computer screens accurately
Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with typing, scanning, and data entry
