Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Current APRN licensure in the state of SMPL.

Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in primary care or specialty areas.

Bilingual skills to enhance communication with diverse patient populations.

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Strong communication skills are vital for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned in their approach to patient care.
