From clean-sheet design and advanced prototyping to testing, validation, and continuous improvement, you'll help bring new products from concept to reality while working alongside a passionate team of engineers tackling complex technical challenges.

This is a full-time, permanent position onsite in Pflugerville, TX.

Design, build, and test advanced mechanical systems and assemblies.

Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to develop next‑generation technologies.

Conduct testing, analyze performance data, and implement design improvements.

Create engineering documentation, drawings, and technical reports.

Participate in R&D initiatives and special engineering projects from concept through deployment.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, product development, manufacturing, or prototype environments.

Experience with DFM, FMEA, GD&T, and CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).

Comfortable working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced engineering environment.

Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple engineering disciplines.

Experience with high‑pressure systems, advanced energy technologies, battery systems, electromechanical products, or hydrogen‑related applications.

Experience taking products from concept through testing and early production.

Passion for engineering, building, and hands‑on technical projects.
