Painter and Wall Repair Specialist - Milwaukee Metro Area
Azura Memory Care and Assisted Living.
Apply professional‑quality paint, primer, and finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces.
Complete room turnovers efficiently to ensure spaces are clean, fresh, and ready for new residents.
Protect resident belongings and maintain a clean, safe, and respectful work environment at all times.
Travel between Azura communities using a company‑provided vehicle.
Work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with the facilities team as needed.
Proven professional painting experience with a track record of consistent, high‑quality results.
Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends to support resident move‑ins and community needs.
Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new systems as needed.
Senior living or healthcare experience is a plus, but strong painting skills and the right mindset are most important.
