CNC Machinist - CONTRACT

Job Type: 3-Month Contract

Per Diem: $150/day (7 Days Per Week)

Shift: 1st Shift

Overtime: Citizens Only

---Talon Precision is seeking experienced CNC Setup Machinists to support immediate production demands at our Milford, Connecticut facility. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled machinists looking for a high-paying contract assignment with overtime and per diem available.

You'll be supporting the production of precision-machined components serving demanding industries where quality and consistency matter.

---Perform complete machine setups on CNC mills and lathes

Perform first-piece and in-process inspections

Maintain production quality while meeting delivery schedules

Support both short-run and production machining operations

This position is ideal for machinists who can work independently with minimal supervision.

You'll work with equipment including:

Okuma CNC Lathes

Materials You'll Work With

Aerospace & Defense Materials

---5+ years of CNC machining experience

Strong CNC setup experience on mills or lathes

Experience using precision measuring equipment

Aerospace, Defense, or Medical manufacturing experience
