Job Description Medical Oncology in Southern Idaho Join an established cancer program in Southern Idaho where your focus remains on oncology care rather than procedures or administrative burdens. This opportunity offers immediate patient volume, extensive clinical support, and the infrastructure needed to build a rewarding long-term practice. High-Earning Oncology Practice: 589,000 base salary plus uncapped wRVU incentives, with current physicians earning between 767,000 and 1.14M annually
Established Patient Demand: Step into an existing patient panel supported by a referral network serving more than 1.2 million people
Comprehensive Oncology Team: Collaborate with 3 local oncologists, 14 system-wide physicians, 17 APPs, and dedicated oncology pharmacy support
Efficient Practice Model: No procedures, ambient AI scribe technology, limited administrative responsibilities, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, 8 weeks PTO, 2 weeks CME, and multiple retirement plans

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
Eligible for Idaho medical licensure
Interest in clinical trials participation welcomed but not required
