General Maintenance and Repair Tech (Full Time)

The Maintenance Tech at CSC Management i s responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time.

Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00

• On-going training and development in topics relevant to the Property Management industry

Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs

Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues

Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry work, drywall, and more

Appliance repair

Make ready apartments - paint, caulking, dry wall, and more

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed

Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred

Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques
