This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Facility Associate provides custodial services to the Facility Director, assuring the building meets excellent requirements.

Understand and perform custodial functions as directed by Facility Director.

Maintain cleanliness of building at all times.

Cleaning, sanitizing, mopping, trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and grounds keeping.

Assist with room set up and breakdown, and snow removal as needed.

Maintain an adequate inventory of custodial and maintenance supplies.

Assist with maintaining all buildings and fire suppression inspections.

Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of 3 years' experience in custodial field.

Demonstrate knowledge of basic custodial equipment and functions

Basic computer skills required

Must be fluent in spoken and written English
