We are seeking warm, imaginative, bright, flexible, and creative Infant and Toddler Room Teachers who can effectively plan and problem solve to teach our amazing students. We are also accepting applications for our Preschool Teacher positions (ages 0-5). This role requires a strong understanding of and willingness to work with a range of learning styles, as well as a deep commitment to our "Kids First" philosophy. We expect our staff to be involved and active in our school community, participating in the ongoing development and refinement of our curriculum, policy, and procedures. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following A Learning Bee Academy’s standards.

Provide attentive care, including monitoring and support for feeding, diapering/toileting, and napping.

Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones.

Minimum of a High School Diploma, Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education is encouraged but not required or equivalent experience.

A strong respect for and love of children, centered on our "Kids First" philosophy.

The cost for these required screenings will be covered by A Learning Bee Academy.

A Learning Bee Academy STEMPREK opened in November 2017 and has a maximum enrollment of 180 children ages ranging from infant to five years old. We promote kindergarten readiness ensuring all students master essential skills, become independent thinkers, and build high cognitive and critical thinking skills, including an understanding of STEM concepts.
