Full Time Urology Physician

Job Description Urology Opportunity in Midland, Michigan
Step into an established urology practice where patient demand is already built in and volume is waiting. You'll have the opportunity to quickly grow a busy practice with strong clinical support, advanced surgical capabilities, and minimal local competition. You'll join a small but busy team with 1 full-time and 1 part-time urologist, supported by 5-6 APPs & Physician Call Support 1:7
Walk into an established patient base with immediate procedural and clinic volume
Broad scope including general urology, stones, torsion, and inpatient/outpatient procedures
Access to robotic systems within a Level II trauma setting supporting a wide range of cases
Manageable 1:7 call rotation with a 30-minute response expectation
APP support during weekdays to help reduce inpatient and clinical workload
Balanced mix of clinic, OR time, and hospital-based care
Flexibility to explore a Uro-Hospitalist model if aligned with your preferences
200K sign-on bonus structure

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
Open to all experience levels, including new graduates
Comfortable with bread-and-butter urology and full-spectrum care
