Position Overview As a Product Manager, Integrations, you will be a key driver of innovation and excellence in our product portfolio, shaping the future of our products and ensuring their continued success in the market.
Responsibilities Strategic Product Leadership: Define strategic direction, go‑to‑market strategy, roadmap planning, product‑market fit analysis, and competitive positioning.
Tech Team Collaboration: Lead cross‑functional collaboration with UX designers, engineers, DevOps, and QA to define, prioritize, test, and develop new product features, applying Agile best practices.
Project Management: Lead and manage large transformational projects and participate in traditional software development processes.
Create comprehensive internal training and support documentation for team members and customer support.
Customer Engagement & Advocacy: Engage customers to understand root problems, act as the voice of the customer, and advocate their needs across teams.
Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior Product Managers and Business Analysts.
Demonstrated success building external, partner‑facing integrations (SaaS preferred, accounting experience a plus).
Customer‑centric mindset with proven ability to translate feedback into actionable solutions.
Detail‑oriented, flexible, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Non‑sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on role and applicable plan.
