Location: Parma, OH 44130 Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.70/hour Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Free Parking Available
Available Shifts

Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Overnight Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to enter and review information from documents and digital files. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong typing skills, accuracy, and the ability to perform repetitive computer-based work.
Responsibilities

Enter information into the computer system quickly and accurately.
Review digital documents and correct errors when needed.
Verify information from checks, forms, and other documents.
Compare scanned documents to original copies to make sure information is correct.
Review and update document information and indexing.
Maintain accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals.
Follow established procedures for processing documents and information.
Complete assigned work within required deadlines.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of data entry, clerical, administrative, or similar experience.
Comfortable using computers and entering information into computer systems.
Good keyboard and 10-key skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work at a steady, fast-paced speed.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable and able to follow established procedures.
