Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Producer role based in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. The Producer will build and manage a portfolio of personal and commercial insurance clients, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and conducting consultations to assess coverage needs. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, presenting insurance solutions, and closing sales while ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and company policies. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, handling policy changes, assisting with renewals, and supporting claims follow-up as needed. The Producer will collaborate with agency leadership and support staff to meet production goals, contribute to local marketing initiatives, and uphold TWFG’s service standards.

Sales and client relationship skills, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and account management.

Insurance knowledge and analytical skills, such as understanding personal and commercial lines products, coverage analysis, and risk assessment.

Communication and customer service skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and a service-oriented approach.

Organizational and administrative skills, such as time management, follow-up discipline, and accurate documentation of client interactions.

Ability to work on-site in the Memphis Metropolitan Area and collaborate effectively with local team members.

State insurance producer/agent license (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe), with prior insurance sales experience strongly preferred.

Comfort with basic computer systems and agency management or CRM software; proficiency in common office applications (e.g., High school diploma or equivalent required;
