As a Physical Therapist on our Home Health Team at Interim HealthCare you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and personalized treatment plans to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. This role is currently for Per-Diem with potential to transition to part-time or full-time.

Provide and instruct on therapeutic exercises, therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.

Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of Pennsylvania.

Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred.

Flexible work schedule to accommodate full-time or part-time availability.
