Job Description Description: Acute Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed RN or LPN for a flexible PRN community injection assignment in Ocean County and surrounding areas.
The nurse will pick up prescribed medication from a designated pharmacy, travel to scheduled patient visits, administer intramuscular injections, complete required documentation, and remain with the patient for the required observation period.
This is a recurring assignment approximately every 4 weeks and is ideal for a nurse looking for flexible supplemental work.
Pay:
RN: $50 per completed visit
LPN: $40 per completed visit
New graduate nurses are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
Active New Jersey RN or LPN license
Comfortable administering IM injections
Reliable transportation
Ability to travel to scheduled patient visits
Strong communication and documentation skills
Dependable and professional
New graduates welcome
Previous injection or home care experience preferred, but not required
