LPN - Physician Clinic- Full Time

Overview Oxford Clinic for Women, a Partner Practice of Together Women’s Health (TWH) , an industry leading network of medical providers in the women’s health field, is looking for a part time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their clinical team. As an experienced practitioner, the LPN is accountable for providing high quality, individualized, goal directed care for all patients and their families through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; Responsibilities Escorts patients to and from exam rooms and readies them for physicians; takes vital signs, records medical history/symptoms, ensures medical chart/lab test results are available and complete
Communicates to patients and office coordinators follow-up appointments, ancillary and/or pre-operative testing and scheduling needed for patient
Consults with other specialties and disciplines as appropriate to meet all health care needs of patients
Cleans and stocks all patient examination rooms; keeps list of needed medical supplies
Understand and enforce standard health care regulatory requirements
Perform office procedures including all general administrative duties
Document Electronic Medical Record (EMR) all medical interventions
Qualifications Current license to practice as an LPN
An Associate's or bachelor’s degree, or higher
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care
