Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid within first year)
Position Summary: Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long‑term care setting while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments

Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership

Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Ensure accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans

Schedule Options: Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN available

Every other weekend required

Compensation & Benefits: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid within first year)
