As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee business operations, drive performance, and ensure long-term success.The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across all service lines, owning financial performance, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. This executive leader will collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals, streamline processes, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee operations across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing divisions, ensuring efficiency and profitabilityOwn financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L managementMonitor and analyze KPIs to drive operational improvements and achieve company goalsDevelop and implement strategies to optimize scheduling, dispatch, inventory, and resource allocationLead and mentor managers and supervisors, fostering a high-performance cultureEnsure compliance with safety standards, licensing requirements, and local regulationsCollaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align operational goals with business growthDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce callbacksReport regularly to executive leadership on operational performance, risks, and opportunitiesSupport expansion efforts, including opening new locations or service linesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)10+ years of leadership experience in operations, preferably within HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related service industriesProven track record of managing P&L and driving financial performanceStrong analytical skills with experience monitoring KPIs and implementing process improvementsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multi-location operations and scale teams effectivelyKnowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirementsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary ($90,000 – $110,000 annually)Performance-based bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development and growth opportunitiesA collaborative leadership team committed to excellenceBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person (Monroe, LA)
