Hotel Head Of Housekeeping

The Courtyard Rochester Downtown , managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Guest Service Agent.
The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a clean and comfortable stay. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
Train and supervise housekeeping staff
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
