Profession: Nursing Specialty: Wound Care

Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days, Monday through Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Valid nursing license Certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS (preferred), Wound Care Certification Must-Have: Mandatory wound care certification with minimum 3 years of experience

Ability to assess, plan, and implement care for patients with ostomies, draining wounds, fistulas, pressure ulcers, and acute and/or chronic wounds. Provide comprehensive care and teaching to patients and their families or significant others. Assist in the evaluation, selection, and recommendation of supplies and equipment to provide optimal wound and ostomy care.
