Full Time Head of Housekeeping

Management
The Manager will be responsible for meeting company goals and objectives through planning, organizing, controlling organizational resources, and leading employees. The Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping operations with direct interaction with staff, facilities, and customers.
This position requires high energy, assertiveness, creative problem solving, good judgment, initiative, and the ability to work independently and to be a good leader and role model for the company.
The right person will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities for all hourly personnel, specifically to include:

Provide superior customer service to Management
Provide timely and courteous response to meet customers' needs
Uphold company and customer standards; ensure superior quality
Conduct safety training
Maintain, track and order inventory and supplies
High School Diploma/GED required; Two years experience in a leadership/management role preferred.
Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including Safety Glasses, gloves, and back-support as directed per OSHA/MSDS.
