You'll play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care for a 45-bed telemetry medical-surgical unit. This is a great opportunity for nurses who are passionate about cardiac telemetry, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and thrive in a team-oriented culture.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and assess patients throughout each shift; report significant changes in conditionAdminister medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring responses and outcomesDocument all nursing interventions and patient care accurately and timelyEducate patients and families on conditions, medications, and follow-up careDeliver exceptional service by anticipating and addressing patient needs proactivelyQualificationsActive RN license in Florida or Compact RN licenseMinimum 1 year of acute care RN experience within the last 4 yearsBLS from the American Heart Association (required within 30 days of hire)ACLS from the American Heart Association (required within 90 days of hire)Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)Additional InfoPatient ratio is typically 5:1 on days and 6:1 on nightsCandidates must live within a commutable distance (under 60 minutes from facility)In-person interview and onsite shadow required prior to offerThis is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses looking to grow in a high-acuity environment with strong teamwork and advancement potential.
