Innovent Global has partnered with a well-established and rapidly expanding Optometry practice that provides on-site comprehensive eye care to long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.

The Optometrist will travel to long-term care (LTC) and nursing home facilities throughout the Philadelphia, PA region , delivering high-quality eye care to residents. This is a Monday–Friday role , offering autonomy, consistent hours, and predictable scheduling—most providers complete their patient day by early afternoon.

This role is ideal for Optometrists who want meaningful, low-stress work, strong earning potential, and a true Monday–Friday routine.

Provide comprehensive eye exams for residents in LTC and skilled nursing facilities

See approximately 20–40 patients per day depending on facility size

Travel to 1–2 facilities per day (local travel only; Complete clinical documentation and coordinate care with facility teams

Monday–Friday (no weekends, nights, call, or surgery)

ASAP start—immediate openings available

Mobile/Facility-Based —patient-facing hours typically 5–6 hours/day

All travel expenses fully covered, including:

Mileage reimbursement

Travel cart + all medical supplies

Supportive, organized operations team

Revenue-based model with strong per-patient reimbursement and commission)

Mileage reimbursement + all travel-related costs paid

Typical Facility & Patient Volume

LTC Facility Size: 80–150 beds

Facilities per Day: 1–2

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree

Active Pennsylvania Optometry License (or in progress)

New graduates and residents are welcome to apply
